Wantirna Art Gallery respects your privacy. This notice explains what information the website collects, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 8 October 2026.

Who we are

Wantirna Art Gallery is based in Wantirna, Victoria 3152, Australia. You can contact us about privacy at info@wantirnaartgallery.com.au.

Information we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the artwork or subject and your message.
• Customer accounts. If you create an account we store your name, email address and any details you add to your profile.
• Orders. If you buy artwork we keep a record of the order, including your name, email, delivery or pickup details and what you bought. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Artwork view counts. The website counts how many times each artwork page is viewed. This count does not identify you.
• Visitor statistics (only if you agree). With your permission we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies. It is not switched on unless you choose “Accept”.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer enquiries, run your account, process and deliver orders, send receipts and account emails (such as sign-up codes), meet our legal obligations, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (accounts and artwork records), Resend (sending emails), Stripe (payments and invoices) and, only if you agree, Google (visitor statistics). Some of these providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.

Cookies and your choices

The website stores a small amount of information in your browser so it works, such as your sign-in and your cookie choice. Google Analytics cookies are only used if you click “Accept” on the cookie message. You can change your mind at any time using the button below.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Account and order records are only available to you and the gallery.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing info@wantirnaartgallery.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
